    Austrian Post Offices in Dobrudja 1867: Levant 3 s. green and 10 s. blue, two examples, used on 1872 cover to Basingstoke, England endorsed "Via Vienna & Ostende", all tied by neat strikes of "SULINA" circular datestamps (July 20) in black (Tchilinghirian fig.839). Vienna transit (July 30) and Basingstoke arrival cds (Aug 2).
