    1915 (Jan): German East Africa 30 h. black & carmine, handstamped "G.R. / MAFIA" in reddish violet, a fine unused block of four, all handstamped but light impressions, one additionally initialled "JDM" by Lt. Col. J.D. Mackay, Governor of Mafia Island in manuscript ink. Fresh appearance and very rare, slight aging from the signature on large part og. with lower pair unmounted og.
