    Charles Whiting 1839: Album page size embossed cameo portraits (2) submitted to the Treasury Department as examples of Whiting's embossing (135 x 180 mm.) with one design showing cameo head of Queen Adelaide on red with gold and green surround, this being the rarest design from the book "Royal Cameo Embossed Heads" published by Kendall & Son of London; the second example with Thomas Moore cameo head with brown and green surround, each showing "Whiting Patentee" in the wonderful cameo scrollwork. Exceptional and of great scarcity.
