1857: Falso di Milano, 45 c. blue type II, good to large margins all round and very fresh colour, cancelled by clear "MILANO 17 / 12" (1857) cds. An interesting and appealing example from the first month of this Lithography forgery to defraud the postal administration, signed Ferchenbauer; cert. Bühler (1984) Sassone = € 4'750 / Ferchenbauer = € 3'000.
