'azzuro chiaro', carta di Napoli, positions 31-32 from plate I, a fine and fresh horizontal pair with good to large margins, tied by 'ferro di cavallo' handstamp to second page of an entire letter, CALTANISETTA despatch cds (Oct 1, 59) alongside, reverse with Messina arrival (Oct 4) handstamp. Filing folds well away from the franking, nevertheless an appealing cover, cert. E. Diena (1995) Sassone = € 4'800+.
