    1862: Entire letter sent within Algeria from Ain-Beida to Constantine, bearing Napoléon perf. 10 c. bistre, a fresh example with normal perforation, tied by clear Petits Chiffres '4116' numeral lozenge in bluish black, cogwheel despatch cds (Sept. 11, 1867) in the same shade alongside, reverse with arrival cds of the following day.
