Miskin with his knowledgeable write up with the majority of the material up to 1940. The group starts with four pages of labels incl. rare ones such as the 1923 Ukrainian ‘USSR Speshnaya Korrespondents NKPT’ label and pink local labels from Moscow, Khodzhenz, Yaroslavl or Samarkand.
