1850 (Aug): 1 d. carmine on horizontally laid paper, Plate II, re-engraved by Henry Jervis, a used horizontal pair, positions 7-8, with left hand stamp showing "No Trees on Hill" and right hand stamp showing "Hill Unshaded" varieties, of fine colour with ample to large margins all round, cancelled in black leaving the varieties clear. A fine and rare multiple showing the two positional varieties. Ferrari trefoil on reverse. Cert.
