Late fee mailing to the United Kingdom 1869 (July 8): Cover from Paris to London, bearing Napoléon laureated 20 c. blue type II and 80 c. rose, fine adhesives with fresh colour, tied by Étoile de Paris mute obliterator. Octagonal "PARIS (60) 3e / 8 JUIL. 69" despatch cds and framed "P.D." as well as an erroneously struck framed "P.P.", all in black and "LONDON EC PAID 9 JY 69" arrival cds in red alongside.
