    International Postal Connections to Europe - Italy 1874 (Dec 24): Stationery envelope 15 s. brown up-rated with 1867 coarse whiskers 10 s. blue, mailed from Constantinople to Venice, cancelled by "CONSTANTINOPEL 24 / 12 74" cds (Tchilinghirian fig. 391) with "P.D." in black alongside.
