    Madeira 1868: 80 r. orange imperforate optd. MADEIRA in black, a very fine large margined example tied to neat 1869 cover to Paris by bold 51 numeral obliterator with FUNCHAL cds alongside (19/12) in black. Red framed PD alongside and St. Jean de Luz entry mark in blue (Dec 28). Reverse with faint Lisbon transit in black. A fine and rare first issue usage. Cert. Mourgoulis AIEP (1983).
