    1879/80: Vienna State Printing Works Proofs, imperforate on card paper and all defaced with red horizontal lines, with 1 k. brown & black in a block of six, 1880 1 s. red & black in a single, pair and block of six (the latter two being marginal) and a superb marginal block of eighteen overprinted 'Werthloses / Schema' in red with horizontal crease not apparent on face; 2 s. yellow & black single and vertical pair and 5 s. green & black single. A scarce and most appealing group (9 items, 37 Proofs).

    1881: Vienna State Printing Works Proof set of 17 individual Proofs, imperforate on thick card paper, for the three values 5 c. violet, 10 c. red and 25 c. green, each stamp overprinted in red with one letter fronm the word 'SCHEMA' (Scheme, Trial), complete except for one 10 c. value (letter 'H') missing. A scarce group.
