    1890: Large part O.H.M.S. cover sent registered to Moens in Belgium, franked by 1887/89 1 d. rose-red in a horizontal pair and 4 d. chestnut cancelled by P&O numeral obliterator "A91" in black. The adhesives not tied and lifted and replaced, with 'Tortola' despatch cds in black at left (June 18) and London registered transit in red. Reverse with Brussels arrival cds (July 5). Cert.
