    Algeria 1871 (April 15): Entire letter from Algiers to France franked by Bordeaux Issue 20 c. deep blue, Type III, report 2, position 14 tied on arrival with dotted 2240 gros chiffres of Marseille with ALGER / BAT. A VAP datestamp alongside. Reverse with St. Zacharie cds (April 17 and 18) and Marseille datestamp (April 18).  A fresh and fine cover.
