    1934: Stunning lot, 'Proclamation of the (Autonomous) Republic', full set definitives + matching set airpost stamps in unmounted blocks of 4. Same set present once more per 4x, but partly split up to singles, pairs and blocks of three - so we are talking about additional 4 full sets, therefore 8 full sets in total. Further the same set in blocks of 4, but this one nicely used (unusual!). There are also four registered covers included, that contain stamps of this issue (not a full set), all four addressed to Austria Scott = $9000+. Two airpost covers from an earlier issue not counted

    Lots & Collections 1919/88: Collection in Yvert album on printed pages, first years used or unused mounted, from about 1945 on only unmounted seen. Many better issues present, particularly souvenir sheets. There is an additional album with a collection UAR in Lindner album with regular and imperforate issues and FDCs (e.g. souvenir sheet 'Damascus Fair' 1958).

    Syria Arab Kingdom 1921/25: Collection of the locally surcharged issues on Turkey, with good largely complete range incl. Sultan Mohammed V 50 pi. indigo optd. in red and some multiples, French Occupation and Turkey surcharged for use during Nejdi occupation of Hejaz with 1925 5 pa. bistre (4 different), 10 pa. green (both), July 1925 Pilgrimage 1 pi. on 10 pa. and 5 pi. on 1 pi. bright blue unused and July 1920 Thrace set of nine unused and used.

    1924-1980ca: Accumulation containing several better issues, many excellent souvenir sheets, also often more than once. Set 'Anniversary of the Indenpendence' 1942 in full sheets of 50 (Mi = € 2400), three covers with airpost stamps, a few covers and some material from the surrounding areas.
