1918/64: Old time stamp collection in four stock books, packed with mostly used stamps, often from local postal use, including some unused, some varieties, proofs and a few Polish settlements in Italy. A treasure trove for the specialist in the pre 1939 period. The later material is mainly unused never hinged with considerable representation of 'Goznak' overprints andes with some fine topical sets. Additionally a small remainder collection of central Lithuania, Port Gdansk and Warsaw local post. 1928/74: Accumulation of souvenir sheets, comprising a folder of almost exclusively unused never hinged blocks, starting with two examples of 1928 First National Philatelic Exhibition Warsaw (Block I), then the three sheets from the 1937 visit of King Carol (Block 4), then onwards, providing a reasonably comprehensive collection of each of the issued souvenir sheets, including duplicates, almost complete through to block 46, an excellent and very fine specialised assembly.Starting bid : 500 CHFHammer price : 1,000 CHFLot# : 1183 Poland

1938/44ca.: Accumulation of covers and cards during WW2, Deutsche Post Osten or Generalgouvernement, with mostly items of commercial use. Many circulated inside the Occupied Zone, but there is also some material to abroad, including a 30 g. stationery postcard to Argentina. There is stationery overprinted often on former Polish stationery and former Polish stationery barred prepared to serve as forms (unused). A smaller part are philatelic items. There are also some items emanating from the Polish Occupation of the Olza (Zaolzie) region that belonged to Czechoslovakia, most, in the describers opinion, are questionable.
