    1850/54: A most interesting collection of the adhesives of the first issue, collected in a specialised way to display the different carta a mano and carta a macchina papers, plates and types with a strong shade interest, incl. 56 used stamps / pieces and two covers. The lot includes also the two Falso di Verona imitations to defraud the postal services, 15 c. on piece and 30 c. detached, both unfortunately strongly oxydised (Sassone = €15'000). 13 opinions and five certificates, a lot to be studied with the adhesives attractively cut and overall clearly struck.

    1850/54: Selection of three pairs and two strips of three showing combinations of different types, incl. 10 c. in the very rare 'grigio argenteo' shade with types Ia + Ib used in BRESCIA, a strip of three 10 c. 'grigio nero' with types Ia+Ib+Ib, 15 c. rosso, two pairs with types IIa+I and IIa+IIb, respectively and a pair plus single 15c. 'rosso carminio' with a combination of types IIa+I+I. A most appealing and interesting ensemble, three certs. Matl & Ferchenbauer.

    1850/54: Selection four covers with single frankings, incl. 5 c. orange on printed matter entire letter from Udine, two local covers within Verona and Venezia bearing 10 c. black and greyish black, and cover from Verona to Toscolani, the 15 c. red tied by mute Verona obliterator (Sassone VR = 11 punti). The lot includes also a piece with two examples of 30 c. brown in slightly different shades, a cover with two examples of 15 c. red and a cover with three examples of 5 c. orange.
