    1899: Cover sent stampless from Millau, France (May 31) to Christiania with despatch cds and triangular "T" marking; taxed on arrival with Postage Due 1889/90 20 ö. ultramarine pair tied by 'Kristiania' cds (June 5) applied over "Bureau Reéxp / De Christiania" cds (June 4). Two strikes of framed "Naeget Mediagelse / Refusé" handstamps in violet and obverse with RETUR. The letter was returned to sender where taxed with France Postage Due 1893 10 c. brown pair and 30 c. carmine tied by Millau cds's (June 11). Edge wear to envelope but unusual.

    1863/67: 3 sk grey-lilac used with 1867 4 sk. blue and 8 sk. carmine-rose on fully paid 1868 cover to St. Brieuc, France tied by DRAMMEN datestamps (July 6) in black with repeated information strike below. Reverse with Sandosund transit cds (July 7) and thence via Erquelines (July 10). Some file folds away from adhesives, the 3 sk. grey is a scarce stamp on letter.
