    1894: Gibraltar 5 cs. + 5 cs. green postal stationery reply card, reply half unused, mailed to Caen and cancelled by "TANGIER / A26" duplex (Jan 12) in black. Underpaid and struck with unframed "T" on despatch, taxed on arrival with full double the deficiency of an unpaid letter (not taking the paid 5 centimos into account) with Duval 1881 Postage Due 10 c. black (2) and 30 c. black (Maury T15+T18) tied by Caen cds's (Jan 19). Scarce.

    1874: Spain 25 c. brown, a used example on 1874 cover to Ajaccio, Corsica tied by CEUTA / CADIZ cds in black (Dec 11), with framed "FRANQUEO / INSUFICIENTE" in black; circular St. Jean de Luz entry marking in red (Dec 20) and reverse with Madrid cds, two French TPO's and Ajaccio (Dec 24) arrival, where taxed in manuscript '4' décimes to pay. Wrinkles to the cover but scarce.

    1875: Covers (2) both from same correspondence to Ajaccio, Corsica one with Spain 1874 25 c. brown and Oct 1874 10 c. brown, cancelled by CEUTA / CADIZ datestamp (Jan 11) with 'PD' deleted and taxed on arrival with '15' décimes due marking in blue at St. Jean de Luz; second cover sent on the same day with Spain 1874 25 c. brown pair and Oct 1874 10 c. brown, again tied at Ceuta with framed "FRANQUEO / INSUFICIENTE" in black and charged '18' décimes due in manuscript. Faults to both but scarce.
