    1856/64: India 4 a. black, a used example on 12 Sept 1864 entire letter from Singapore to Saigon endorsed "per Echo", tied by "B/172" octagonal obliterator in black. Reverse with framed SINGAPORE / SHIP LETTER handstamp somewhat weakly struck in red and arrival cds "COCHINCHINE / SAIGON" in black (Sept 17) where taxed with handstruck '4' décimes charge marking. Scarce.
