1948: UKRAINE Displaced Persons Camps Lyssenko, near Hannover (British Zone), three special printed postcards 'Scouts Rally 22.2.48', one franked by the three Scouts stamps in blue, red and yellow, another franked with single blue Scout stamp, both tied with violet Fleur-de-Lis handstamps, also a postally used card to Buffalo, N.Y. (some waterstains), bearing yellow Scout stamp in combination with 8 pf. orange cancelled by special machine cancel (a little faded) showing diagonal handstamp "Displace Persons Mail" in black on lower right of postal card.
