    1880 (Sept 21): Cover from San Salvador to Paris bearing 1879 1 c. green, 5 c. blue and 10 c. black cancelled by four-ring mute obliterator in blue with "CORREOS de SAN SALVADOR" despatch cds and superb octagonal French "PANAMA - UNION PAQ. F. A. No 1 1 OCT 80" Shipmail datestamp (year slug inverted, Salles fig. 1415), both in red alongside. Reverse with Paris arrival cds. (Oct 24). A very attractive cover.
