1923 (Feb. 13): Large Scadta 30 c. postal stationery envelope for undercover mail from Germany to Bogota, additionally franked with horiz. pair of Scadta 1921 20 c. with large 'A' consular handstamp (Type 1) and German block of ten 30 Pfg. with latter tied by "Hamburg 13. Feb. 23" cds's and the former tied in transit by " Barranquilla 19. III.1923" in red, showing boxed "T/$-.20" due marking deleted in manuscript.
