    1917: Perkins Bacon & Co., London Proofs in the issued colours printed on ungummed wove paper imperf., including 'Caldas' ½ c. bistre large part sheet of 95, , 'Torres' 1 c. green, 'Narino'  2 c. carmine, 4c. 'Santander 4 c. purple and 'Cordoba' 10 c. grey, all in complete sheets of 100 as well as 'Bolivar' 5 c. dull blue in marginal part sheets of 40 of top of sheet and block of 16 of left of sheet, the latter printed on watermarked "Special Paper London EC". Minor imperfections, a scarce offer.
