1897: Dowager second printing 3 a. chrome yellow on wmk. paper with thin whiter gum in an unused block of four of vibrant colour, two hinge remnants on upper and lower pair with large part of thin original gum (some ageing), horizontal perf. line slighty shifted, otherwise of fresh and fine appearance.
