    10 k. ultramarine & yellow-brown and 15 k. red & yellow-olive, superb unmounted mint og. blocks of four, also 10 k. block of four showing plate error "Broken 'A' and Broken '7' in 1927" (occurred once in the sheet, position 26, Russia spec. cat = EUR 400), the latter block with spot on gum of one stamp, otherwise fresh and fine, unmounted og. Note: Russia, the prime motivator behind this Conference, was the only country to issue adhesives for the Conference, held in Den Haag from September 1-10, 1927.
