    Haiti. 50th Anniversary of Haiti joining the UPU 1931 (Oct 16): Collection with issued stamps in blocks and on cover, together with American Banknote Co. Proofs of un-finished design of 5 c. in issued colour of green on India paper, 10 c. carmine in un-finished state on India paper die sunk on card, and two finished Die Proofs in issued colours. Note: Haiti joined the UPU on July 1, 1881.
