    1924/29: ½ d. blue-green, perf. 14, the spectacular unused block of twenty-two, being the interpanneau block with the first horizontal row of ten stamps showing variety "Imperforate Vertically", with right-hand gutter perforated vertically and adjoining additional stamp, interpanneau gutter with full "Waterlow & Sons Limited, London Wall, London E.C." and the same variety "Imperforate Vertically" repeated in the horizontal strip below; leaving twenty pairs of this rare error. Together with another block of four showing an imprint divided multiple unused. Stunning and superb but for slightest stain between the penultimate and final stamp, large part og. (protective hinges) or unmounted og. An exhibition item of the highest calibre Gi = £ 13'000+.

    1928: Waterlow 5 s. deep blue & deep blue-green, the famous example from the 1928 printing in this distinctive shade, unused with gum - only 240 stamps of the 5 s. value were printed by Waterlows for their file sheets, one sheet of 60 was filed in the Waterlow archives with the usual security punch-holes implanted, however two stamps escaped this method of mutilation, this  being one of the two stamps / archive Proofs to avoid this. The sheet with this extraordinary variety was bought in the Bulawayo Post Office in 1935 and the purchaser found a block of twelve imperforate between. Just three unused pairs exist, one on a cover and one unused pair being housed in the Collection of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II - and this famous and unique block of four.     1932 (May 1): Victoria Falls 3 d. deep ultramarine, a used vertical with variety "Imperforate Between Horizontally", on 1937 registered airmail cover from Salisbury mailed to the famous philatelist Geoffrey E. Duveen in London, in combination with 1931/37 2 s. 6 d. blue & drab tied by 'Salisbury / Registered' datestamp (Oct 1) in black. The sheet with this extraordinary variety was purchased in the Bulawayo Post Office in 1935 and the purchaser found a block of twelve imperforate between. Just three unused pairs exist, one pair being housed in the Collection of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, an unused imprint block of four together with this pair on cover. Unique and splendid Gi = £ 18'000+.
