Acre Revolt 1903: Stampless cover to Pernambuco struck with circular "Governo Militar Provisorio do Acre / Franquia de Correspondencia" in black with 'Amazonas' transit cds (Oct 10) alongside. Reverse with weak Porto Alegre arrival cds. File folds but a very scarce provisional cover.
