Kilis Provisional 1921: Cover to Beirut franked by Kilis Provisional 1 pi. violet printed on cigarette paper, in a horizontal pair, tied by fine KILIS bilingual datestamp in black. Reverse with Aleppo transit cds and 'Beyrouth / 6' arrival cds (Jan 21). Right hand stamp with vertical crease but a very rare multiple of this scarce issue on letter. Cert. RPS (2009).
