(Real Servizio) at lower left, and struck with fine RIO NEGRO straight line (Tizon 1 = RR) and FRANCA both in red (Tizon 3 = RR). Rated "17" reales at 4 reales per ounce; second front unpaid from Rio Negro to Antioquia and struck with RIO NEGRO and DEBE (Tizon 2 = RRR) in red; rated 8 reales to pay for a 2 ounce letter on arrival.
