    Senate Printing 8 p. green (2) and single 20 p. ultramarine, all perf. 11, used on 1876 cover to Hjorring, Denmark tied by FINSKA JERNVAGENS POST KUPE No.1 cds's (27/8) in black. Rate overpaid by 4 penni, with St. Petersburg transit on reverse. A very fine cover - the 8 penni perf. 11 is a major rarity on letter. Cert. Gummesson (1997) Mi 14Ac = € 4'000/Facit = 35'000 skr.
