    Zemstvos - Viatka 1896: Proof of the adopted 2 kop. design in deep blue (issued in lilac-red), with large margins all round, insignificant scuff in left margin,  'cancelled' by manuscript pen cross in ink. Rare and most unusual. Illustrated in 'Zemstvo Post' by Oleg A. Fabergé on page 406.
