    Zemstvos - Tikhvin (Novgorod Government) 1900: 3 kop. imperforate Colour Trial sheetlet containing a block of four, printed in deep brown, pale brown and pale blue on smooth medium wove paper without gum, showing guidelines at all corners. A rare and very fine sheetlet, illustrated in 'Zemstvo Post' by Oleg A. Fabergé on page 350.
