    1866/67: 20 pa. black on rose paper, two fine used examples (one applied to reverse) used on 1867 registered cover to Targovistea, each tied by grid cancel in blue with, at left, framed RECOMANDAT and scarce circular DIST. DIMBROVITA / PL. BOLINTIN cds (18/8) also struck in blue (Kiriac fig. 894). Signed M. Martin.
