    Postal Fraud 1858 (Nov): 80 pa. red on yellowish white paper, a fine large margined example on small piece but stained, used twice as Postal Fraud (perpetrated by the Postmaster), cancelled originally with 'Vaslui / Moldova' cds in blue, over-struck by BERLAD / MOLDOVA cds (19/8) in blue. Rare. Signed Heimbüchler.
