    54 parale blue on green horizontally laid paper, a fine used example with large even margins all round, cancelled by FOKSCHANI / MOLDOVA datestamp (15/9) in blue (Kiriac fig. 275). A fine appearing example but faded and with central thin on value tablet, nevertheless a respectable example of this rare stamp. Illustrated in Heimbüchler I on page 315 (item 2).
