    1840: Mulready 1 d. black envelope, stereo A139, a good used example from Tamworth to Stratford On Avon cancelled by red Maltese Cross with fine TAMOWORTH despatch cds (25 May 1840) on reverse. Slightly soiled, but opens well for display, a fine first month usage Gi = £ 525+.
