    1888: 10 c. red postal stationery card from Burgas to Constantinople paying full rate to destination, but as the Bulgarian post in Eastern Roumelia was not recognized by Ottoman post office, additional Turkey 20 para red (full card rate) was tied by bilingual 'Stamboul' cds with circular 'T' mark alongside.
