30 r. black, early impression, a fine used example with deep colour and showing horizontal outer frameline at top, cancelled by part CORREIO DA BAHIA cds (Ayres fig. 1605) in black (1843). Note the two diagonal lines reaching from the left lower curl of the '3' to the oval frame. An unusual stamp. Cert. Zanini (1972).
