    1937: XV Opthalmological Congress, Cairo; Essays by the Survey Dept. with photographic Essay without value and inscriptions imperforate, the completed 5 m. design appearing in silver on grey photographic paper, and a larger Essay for completed design for the 5 m. value with additional English and Egyptian value endorsements for both the 15 m. and 20 m. values at sides.
