    9 öre blue-violet, a fine used vertical pair (lower stamp missing on dot over 'Ö' in 'Öre'), used on 'Border Rate' 1865 envelope to Copenhagen, tied by HELSINGBORG datestamp (31/8) in black. Reverse with KBH. NORB. EXP cds and Copenhagen arrival cds (same day). Minor cover tear at top of no significance, a superb example of this scarce reduced tariff. Signed Strandell. Cert.
