    1901: O.H.M.S. mourning envelope from Adjutant General in Simla, India (crest on reverse) addressed to the War Office in London, struck with extremely rare oval B. O. ADEN SEA P. O. / MY. 1. 01 / PAID OFFICIAL (Branch Office) handstamp in black. Carried by the 'Caledonia' and struck on board with Type 8 SEA POST OFFICE / A datestamp (May 4) in black. A great rarity of the Bombay - Aden Sea P.O. Postal History with perhaps two, maybe three, such markings extant. Illustrated in the handbook on page 146.
