    France 1865 (April 25): Cover from Melbourne to Nantes, France struck on despatch with 'Melbourne / Victoria' duplex in black and by diamond 'GB / 1F 62 4/10 c.' Accountancy handstamp in red (Van Der Linden fig. 1601). The cover was carried on the P&O 'Bombay' to Galle, thence on 'Candia' to Suez and 'Delta' to Marseilles (July 4). Charged '9' décimes handstruck to pay in black.
