    1863: 3 soldi green, perf. 14 (two examples) used in combination with 1864 10 soldi blue perf. 9½ (3 examples), on 1866 entire letter to Naples, tied by BUCAREST datestamps (27/5) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 714). 'P.D.' above in black and reverse with Vienna transit cds (31/5) and Naples arrival cds (June 5). Fascinating well-written and easily read text. Some peripheral aging around perforations but a most attractive and rare mixed issue franking.
