    1865: Prepaid cover from Sulina, Dobrudja to Licciana, Italy struck with straight line FRANCO and circular SULINA datestamp (24/9) in blue (Tchilinghirian fig. 839, the 'Franco' Type 3). Envelope crossed to denote full pre-payment. reverse with 'Galati' datestamp (26/9) in black, Vienna transit (4/10) cds, Pisa cds and Sirzana cds (Oct 7). A minor piece of paper loss at lower left of envelope but attractive and extremely scarce.
