    1814-25: Province of Popayan, four items including 1814 printed Money Order form from Novita with straight line FRANCA (Tizon unrecorded), 1821 cover with superb truncated VEGA DE SUPIA and FRANCA struck in red (Tizon = EXT), 1825 cover with * / PALMIRA * / FRANCA handstamp well struck in red (Tizon 1+2 = EXT), 1821 cover with wreathed F. / NOVITA handstamp in black (Tizon 3 = EXT), mostly very fine, a scarce group.
