    Lithographed in Manila 5 c. dull red, a just touched to large margined example showing portion of adjoining stamp at base, used on 1863 cover to Cagsana, Albay Province, tied by fine MANILA datestamp (April 1) in black. The cover in much above average condition for a classic Philippine issue on letter. A fine and rare usage. Cert. Comex (2014) Edifil no. 10/Scott = $ 3'000.
