    20 pa. black on thin rose paper, five single examples (one on reverse, two show the white dot at upper right) used on registered cover at quadruple rate (80 pa. + 20 pa. registration) to Bucharest all cancelled by the grill obliterator in black with the example on reverse pen-cancelled. One stamp creased on application and one just touched at base otherwise all with four margins. Framed RECOMANDAT and CRAIOVA datestamp (28/3) in black at right (Kiriac fig. 387). Small Bucharest arrival datestamp on reverse (31/3) in black. File fold away from adhesives and some minor aging but the 100 parale rate is extremely rare.
