    Ibraila 1866 (Aug 22): 1864 Arms definitive 15 so. brown perf. 9½ in a hor. pair,  fresh colour with good perforation and embossing, tied by "JBRAILA 22 / 8" (Tchilinghirian fig. 730) cds of the consular PO to outer letter sheet to Athenes with handwritten taxation "20" lepta on front. Large Hermes Head 20 lepta blue added on arrival and cancelled "ATHINAI 22 AOUT 66". An attractive mixed franking. Cert. Ferchenbauer (2014).
